  • No app, no sign-up

Guests scan the table card and upload from the phone’s browser.

  • Original quality

Every photo and video is kept exactly as it was taken.

  • Private by default

Only you see the album until you decide otherwise.

  • Works on weak Wi‑Fi

Uploads queue on the phone and resume when the signal returns.

How it works

Scan. Snap. Share.

Three steps for your guests and nothing to set up on their phones. It works in any modern phone browser, iPhone or Android.

  1. 01Scan the card

A QR code on every table opens your album in the browser. No app to install, no account to create.

  2. 02Snap and send

Guests add photos, videos, a voice message or a written wish — in full quality, even from a basement ballroom with one bar of signal.

  3. 03Relive it together

Show it live on the big screen, reveal it the next morning, or keep it just for yourselves. Then download every original in one ZIP.

Features

Everything the night needs. Nothing guests install.

One album that works for the guests at the table, the screen above the dance floor — and for you, a week later.

All features

A live wall on any screen

Open a link on the LED wall, projector or TV. New photos appear within seconds, with an on-screen QR code and a table leaderboard.

Five privacy modes

Private, own uploads only, live, reveal at a set time or disposable-camera style. Switch any time without losing an upload.

Made for one bar of signal

Uploads queue on the phone and resume where they stopped — in original quality, never squeezed.

Voices, not just photos

Written wishes, voice notes and short video messages from the guests who don’t do selfies.

Print-ready table cards

Vector PDF with bleed and crop marks, plus PNG and SVG. Print them wherever you like.

Our privacy promise

Your album belongs to you. Even the venue can’t see it unless you allow it.

We built Snapia for moments that matter to a family, not to an algorithm. Nothing is public, nothing is sold, and nothing is shown to anyone you haven’t chosen.

  • Private by default

New albums start in Private mode: guests upload, only you see the album. You open it up when you’re ready.

  • Venues see numbers, not photos

When a venue runs your event on Snapia, its staff see upload counts — never your content — unless you grant access.

  • Originals, never squeezed

Every photo and video is kept in the quality it was taken in, with a one-click ZIP of all originals.

  • Location data removed

GPS coordinates are stripped from stored photos, so a download never reveals where a guest was standing — or lives.

  • Stored in the EU

Files live in a private bucket on Cloudflare R2 under EU jurisdiction, reachable only through short-lived signed links.

  • Delete means delete

Guests can remove their own uploads. You can delete the album whenever you like, and it’s erased automatically when your archive period ends.

For venues

A live photo wall for every event in your hall.

Wedding halls, hotels and planners use Snapia to give every couple a live wall and a private album — on the screens and tables they already have.

Questions

The things everyone asks.

Short answers to the questions couples and venues ask us most.

Read all questions
Who can see the photos in our album?

Only you, by default. New albums start in Private mode, where guests can upload but can’t see anything. You can switch to My shots, Live sharing, a morning-after reveal or Disposable camera mode at any time, and co-hosts you invite can help manage the album.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the album opens in the browser. There’s no app to install and no account to create — even their name is optional.

Can the venue see our album?

Not unless you allow it. When a venue runs your event on Snapia, its staff see statistics such as upload counts, but not your photos, videos or messages. Access to content is a switch only the host controls.

What if the venue has bad reception?

Snapia is built for it. Files are queued on the phone and uploaded in parts, so a dropped connection pauses an upload instead of losing it, and it resumes on its own when the signal returns. On iPhone, guests should keep the page open until their uploads finish.

Can we download everything in full quality?

Yes. On paid plans you can download the whole album as a ZIP of original files, and share read-only links — with an optional PIN — with family who couldn’t be there.

Set it up tonight. Your guests will do the rest.

Create your album in two minutes, print your table cards and relax. Every photo from every seat will find its way to you.
