This is a courtesy English translation. The Turkish version is the binding text and prevails in case of any difference.
Article 1 – Parties
Seller (Service Provider)
- Legal name: Snapia Technologies FZ-LLC
- Address: [Registered address, United Arab Emirates]
- E-mail: support@snapia.co (legal notices: legal@snapia.co)
- Website: snapia.co
- [Tax and registration details to be added.]
Buyer
The individual or legal entity who places an order electronically on snapia.co and whose name, e-mail address and billing details appear in the order summary (the "Buyer"). The order summary forms an integral part of this agreement.
Article 2 – Subject matter
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital service the Buyer purchases electronically from the Seller, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (the "Regulation").
The services covered are:
- Event album packages: Celebration, Wedding Standard, Wedding Premium and Wedding Series;
- Archive extensions;
- Venue subscriptions.
Only a digital service is sold; no physical goods are sold or delivered. The print studio only generates print-ready files (PDF, PNG, SVG), and the Seller does not print, ship or deliver anything.
Article 3 – Main features of the service
The service provides an online event album, private by default, to which guests can upload photos, videos, voice messages and written guestbook messages via a QR code or link, without installing an app or creating an account. The features, limits and upload window of each package are shown in the order summary and on the pricing page.
Album content is kept from the event date for the following archive periods: Celebration 6 months, Wedding Standard 12 months, Wedding Premium and Wedding Series 24 months, venue events 12 months. The Buyer receives e-mail reminders 30, 7 and 1 day before deletion, and content is permanently deleted when the period ends. Other rules of use are set out in the Terms of Service.
Article 4 – Price and payment
- Prices shown in Turkish lira (TRY) include VAT. For other currencies, taxes apply as shown on the checkout page. The total amount payable is clearly shown before the order is confirmed.
- Payment can be made by debit or credit card through Stripe, or by bank transfer.
- Card details are processed directly by Stripe; the Seller does not receive or store them.
- For bank transfers, the service starts once payment has reached the Seller's account and been verified.
- Subscription fees are charged at the start of each chosen period (monthly or yearly) and renew on the same terms until cancelled.
- The invoice is sent electronically to the Buyer's e-mail address.
Article 5 – Performance
The service starts electronically immediately upon payment confirmation and is made available in the Buyer's account. There is no physical delivery. If performance becomes impossible for reasons attributable to the Seller, the Seller will inform the Buyer within three days of learning of it and refund the amount paid within 14 days at the latest.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
A Buyer who is a consumer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the day it is concluded, without giving any reason and without penalty.
Exception: Under Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h) of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form, or to services whose performance begins with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends. At checkout, by ticking a separate box, the Buyer requests that the service starts immediately and confirms that they know they will therefore lose the right of withdrawal. Performance does not begin without this approval. The same rule applies to archive extensions.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the Buyer must send a clear withdrawal notice within the period to support@snapia.co or in writing to the Seller's address. The Seller will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method and at no cost to the Buyer.
Article 7 – Subscriptions and cancellation
The Buyer may cancel a venue subscription at any time in the account settings or by writing to support@snapia.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no fee is charged for the next period. Except where required by mandatory law, no partial refund is given for the remainder of a period that has started. After cancellation no new events can be created, and existing events remain subject to the retention periods in Article 3.
Buyers who purchase venue subscriptions for commercial or professional purposes are not consumers. Provisions specific to consumers, in particular those on withdrawal and consumer arbitration committees, do not apply to them.
Article 8 – General provisions
- The Buyer confirms having read and electronically approved the pre-contractual information form before the agreement was concluded.
- This agreement and the pre-contractual information form are sent to the Buyer's e-mail address on the order date and remain accessible in the Buyer's account.
- The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to the use of the service. In case of conflict between this agreement and the Terms of Service, the provision more favourable to the consumer applies.
Article 9 – Disputes
Disputes arising from this agreement may be brought before the consumer arbitration committees at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and before the consumer courts above those limits. Applications to consumer arbitration committees can also be made through e-Devlet. Where the law requires, mediation must be attempted before filing a lawsuit.
Article 10 – Entry into force
This agreement is concluded and enters into force when the Buyer confirms the order electronically. The Buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted all of its provisions. This text applies to orders placed from 29 September 2026.
