Permanent table QRs

Print the cards once. Your calendar does the rest.

Put a permanent QR card on every table. When a guest scans it, Snapia checks which event is on in that hall right now and opens the right album — Saturday’s wedding, Sunday’s circumcision feast, Monday’s corporate dinner.

Privacy for couples

Couples trust you with their night. We keep it that way.

A couple’s album is theirs. By default, your team sees how an event is going — not what’s in it. That’s a promise you can make on every venue tour.

Venue questions

Credits, screens, reception and billing — what venue teams ask us first.

Can the venue see our album?

Not unless you allow it. When a venue runs your event on Snapia, its staff see statistics such as upload counts, but not your photos, videos or messages. Access to content is a switch only the host controls.

How do venue credits work?

Venue plans include a yearly number of event credits. Each event you create uses one, unused credits roll over, and you can top up with extra credit packs. Monthly plans receive their share of credits each month.

What do we need for the live wall?

Any screen with a web browser: an LED wall, a projector or a smart TV. Open your wall link, go full screen, and new photos appear within seconds. You can try it on the free trial; it’s included in Wedding Standard and above.

What if the venue has bad reception?

Snapia is built for it. Files are queued on the phone and uploaded in parts, so a dropped connection pauses an upload instead of losing it, and it resumes on its own when the signal returns. On iPhone, guests should keep the page open until their uploads finish.

How can I pay?

By credit or debit card through Stripe (in Turkish lira, US dollars or euros), or by bank transfer. Prices in Turkish lira include VAT. Couples pay once per event; venues pay monthly or yearly.
