Corporate event · Berlin
A QR photo album for your corporate event in Berlin.
Conferences, launches, gala dinners and team offsites generate hundreds of photos that stay on personal phones and never reach the team. Snapia gives attendees one QR code to scan — on a badge, a slide or the registration desk — and their photos and videos go straight into your event album, with no app and no account. Optional moderation lets you approve photos before they reach the live wall.
- Guests scan and upload in the browser — no app, no account
- Uploads resume on their own when reception is weak
- A live wall for the venue’s screen, projector or TV
- Print-ready table cards: vector PDF, PNG and SVG

Celebrating in Berlin
Berlin celebrations take place in lofts, converted industrial spaces, event halls, restaurants and lakeside or garden venues on the edge of the city.
- Good to know
- Converted industrial buildings and cellar spaces often have thick walls and weak reception, so test the QR code on site; uploads queue and resume when the signal returns. For Turkish-German families, guest pages in Turkish and English help older relatives upload on their own.
- Light & weather
- Summer makes lakeside and garden celebrations possible, while long winter evenings call for indoor venues with good lighting for both photos and card scanning.

Your plan, step by step
From setting up the album to downloading every original.
Six weeks before
Create the album with the event name and dates, choose Live sharing, and switch on moderation so every photo is approved before it goes public.
Four weeks before
Export cards and signs from the print studio as a vector PDF with bleed and crop marks, or as SVG for your designers to place on badges, lanyards and slides.
Two weeks before
Add photo challenges tied to the agenda — “your best shot of the keynote”, “a selfie at the demo area” — and include the album link in the attendee email.
The day before
Test the QR code at registration, in the main hall and in any basement or interior rooms. Set up the live wall (Wedding Standard and up) on the LED screen, projector or TV and check that it’s readable from the back of the room.
During the event
Have the host mention the QR code in the opening remarks, keep it on a slide between sessions, and keep someone on the approval queue.
After the event
Download the full album in original quality as a ZIP for your marketing team, and send attendees a share link — with a PIN if the event was internal.
Where to put the QR cards
- Print the QR code on badges or lanyard inserts, so every attendee carries it.
- Put a standing sign at the registration desk and another next to the coffee station.
- Add the QR code to the holding slide shown between sessions.
- Place cards on each table at the gala dinner; numbered tables make the leaderboard more fun.
- Put a sign at the photo wall or stand, where people naturally queue.
Our privacy recommendation
Live sharing
Live sharing turns attendees’ photos into shared content while the event is still running, especially on a live wall. Switch on moderation so only approved photos appear on screen and in the gallery.
Compare all five privacy modesQuestions about corporate event albums
Can we approve photos before they appear on screen?
Yes. With moderation on, photos wait in an approval queue, and only the ones you approve reach the live wall and the shared gallery.
Do attendees need to install an app or sign up?
No. They scan the QR code and upload from the browser. There’s no app and no account to create.
Our event is in a hotel’s basement ballroom — will uploads work?
Weak-signal mode is built for this: uploads queue on the phone and resume when reception returns. On iPhone, attendees should keep the page open until they finish.
Can we use our own design for badges and signs?
Yes. The print studio exports print-ready files — vector PDF with bleed and crop marks, PNG and SVG — that you or your designers can take to any printer. Snapia doesn’t print or ship anything itself.
Does Snapia work at venues in Berlin?
Yes. Snapia runs in the phone’s browser over mobile data or Wi-Fi, so it works in any venue in Berlin — ballrooms, gardens, terraces or at home. Where reception is weak, uploads wait on the phone and resume automatically.
